1. Returns
Since all our jewelry is made to order and customized specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Each piece is carefully crafted according to the specifications you select when placing your order, so please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at soundsoftheseainfo@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number. We will assess the situation and offer a solution, either by replacing the product or issuing store credit.
3. Exchanges
Because our items are personalized, we do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or there is an error in the customization due to a fault on our part. If this is the case, please reach out to us at soundsoftheseainfo@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order without any charge within the first 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we do not accept cancellations, as we begin working on your customized piece.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in the form of store credit for future purchases and only for defective or damaged products.
6. Original Packaging
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. We will not accept returns for products that do not meet these requirements.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
