1. Order Processing
Since all our jewelry is made to order and customized especially for you, the processing time may vary between 3 to 5 business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us at soundsoftheseainfo@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to expedite the process.
You will receive a confirmation email when your package is ready to be shipped.
2. Failed Deliveries or Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you have any issues with the delivery, please contact us at soundsoftheseainfo@gmail.com , and we will try to help you resolve the issue.
3. Changes to the Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at soundsoftheseainfo@gmail.com within the first 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this period.
